Dr. Tsakadze is a Board Certified neurologist with over 20 years of experience and primarily focuses on advanced treatment of acute and chronic headaches and other neurological disorders, such as seizures, cerebrovascular diseases and polyneuropathy. She is fellowship trained in Headache and Facial Pain, and one of the few Certified Headache Specialists in the country. Dr. Tsakadze is skilled in performing Botox injections, nerve blocks, trigger point injections and lumbar punctures. 


Dr. Tsakadze is a member of the American Academy of Neurology and American Headache Society. She regularly attends professional meetings, to stay up to date with the rapidly advancing neuroscience. In addition to mainstream neurology, she is interested in alternative medicine, integrated medicine and holistic approach to treating her patients. She has extensive research background, with numerous publications and presentations at scientific meetings nationally and internationally. Dr. Tsakadze has been teaching medical students, residents and fellows at the University of South Florida and University of Central Florida. 


Dr. Tsakadze comes from a family of physicians and followed in the footsteps of her father, uncle and grandfather – all of whom were distinguished professionals. Her father was, and will always be, her greatest influence and inspiration.


Dr. Tsakadze's and her husband Robert live in Orlando, FL with their rescue dog Woodrow – a birthday gift from Robert and an integral part of the family. They love music, the arts and to travel. She plays the piano and Robert is an accomplished singer. She also loves to paint and has taken part in several art shows, including one solo show.


Dr. Tsakadze is fully trilingual in English, Georgian and Russian.
